Justin Drawdy knows the value of working your way to the top with hard work and dedication. Justin’s career in the concrete industry began in 1992 as a laborer forming up slabs, columns and beams for residential construction with his family’s business, Drawdy Brothers Construction. Within 2 years he became a form carpenter/ project engineer for larger concrete construction projects.

In 2004, Just became a field operations manager running multiple crews in South Florida. As Drawdy Brothers grew, the need arose for a field operations manager for the Orlando division and in 2008 Justin took over that role. He continued to build in Central Florida until the dream of Integ-Crete Construction was born.

In 2015, Justin Drawdy and Joel Percy started Integ-Crete Construction where we specialize in cast in place waste water treatment plants and other concrete structure projects for the Army Corp of Engineers, South Florida Water Management, and St Johns Water Management.
