Justin Drawdy knows the value of hard work and dedication, having built his career in the concrete industry from the ground up. His journey began in 1992 as a laborer with his family’s business, Drawdy Brothers Construction, where he learned the fundamentals of forming slabs, columns, and beams for residential construction.
Driven by a passion for building, Justin pursued further expertise by earning a degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida in 1999. Immediately after graduation, he went back to the family-owned business and started out as a project engineer. His leadership and expertise soon led him to the role of general superintendent, overseeing multiple crews across South Florida. In 2008, he expanded his impact by managing field operations for the company’s Orlando division, delivering successful projects across Central and North Florida.
In 2015, Justin transitioned to building his own legacy by co-founding Integ-Crete Construction, where he specialized in cast-in-place wastewater treatment plants and other large-scale concrete structures for organizations like the Army Corps of Engineers, South Florida Water Management, and St. Johns Water Management. His reputation for excellence in project management, resource management, estimating, and contract negotiations set him apart as a trusted leader in the industry.
Today, as the sole owner of Integ-Crete Construction, Justin continues his commitment to quality, integrity, and excellence in every project. His decades of experience and hands-on approach ensure that every structure built by Integ-Crete Construction stands as a testament to craftsmanship and enduring value.
